However, I want to clarify You were NOT my clients, I explained to you very professionally and polite I only went to the property to receive the keys and take pictures for my clients. Since I was not present at the time you received your property I explianed to you and your wife very clearly I was only there to receive the property and take pictures of the present condition. My clients hired me at the end of your lease, and they decided to terminate your lease because of late payments, that I also explained and advised you very politely to make your payments on time. I take professionalism and integrity very seriously and I strive to provide the best service to my actual clients. If there was any misunderstanding I sincerely regret it.
